Ahead of the launch, Samsung is slowly unveiling some of the Galaxy S10 specs. Previous week, we have got to know the five new types of Infinity displays, including the Infinity-O display that will be sported on at least two of the three Galaxy S10 phones to be launched next year.
So far, we came to know about some some preliminary details about the Samsung Galaxy S10 including the “punch hole” selfie cam, which is new Infinity-O notch, an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and the triple camera setup with standard, wide and telephoto.
Now a week later, the South Korean giant has introduced the much awaited Galaxy S10 component, the next-gen processor which will be competing against the Apple’s A12 Bionic and the Kirin 980. The Exynos 9 Series 9820 chip however isn’t built on the 7nm process, which Samsung advertized earlier. So, Samsung is opting for the 8nm route while its rivals are already on 7nm process.
According to the reports, the Exynos 9820 will be 20% (single-core) or 15% (multi-core) faster than its predecessor 40% more energy-efficient, which means it is still powerful than the predecessor, besides supporting faster mobile speeds, going up to 2.0Gbps for downloads and 316Mbps for uploads…….Read More>>
